Lets Talk Africa/Africa First

Let’s talk Africa event took place on 30 November 2012 at the Downing college, University of Cambridge, and you can find resources from the event at  www.letstalkafrica.org.  The event aimed  to provide a platform where University students: both post- and undergraduates, could hear about opportunities inherent in Africa and how they can explore them. Recruiters also attended the summit.

Jelly Event

What is Jelly?
Jelly is a casual co-working event for freelancers, people working at home or running a small business; it’s an opportunity to meet new like-minded people once a month, with laptops  in a social environment.

What happens at a Jelly?
Jelly is a mixture of work, chat, sharing of tips and ideas, maybe the opportunity to work on collaborative projects.

How did it start?
Jelly started in the USA and has become increasingly popular in the UK with over 30 Jelly events all ready started and more on the horizon.

What does it cost to attend?
Jelly is a free event, however, take some money for tea/coffee  and lunch.

When is it?
Crystal Palace Jelly launched in January 2011 and events are held on the third Thursday of every month. You will need to book your ticket each month to attend, and tickets are released 2 weeks before each event and close the day before. Ticket are on a first-come first-served basis.
