Boost those soft skills

Soft skills – how many of them do we need to get a job/work effectively in the workplace?  What exactly are soft skills anyway, and why are they so important?

Developing and using your ‘soft skills’ is an essential part of everyday working and you can probably never have too much of a good thing in this case.

In the book The Advantage – by Emma-Sue Prince, the author concentrates on seven key soft skills – how to develop and use these to maximum advantage:
